Autophagy is a daily tracker for the five practices most strongly linked to cellular renewal: fasting, exercise, cold immersion, sauna, and Reset Breathing.

One daily score out of 100. Default target is 42 (a deliberate nod to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, changeable in Settings). The scoring rewards spreading practices across modalities rather than maxing out a single one. The streak matters more than the score.

It is built for athletes and serious practitioners who want a clean view of how often they actually do the things that matter, not yet another data dashboard.

Privacy first. No account, no sign-in, no cloud sync. Everything you log lives on your device, stored locally via Apple's SwiftData framework. No analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no tracking. Delete the app and the data is gone.

What it tracks

Fasting: Time-restricted eating, scored at 14, 16 and 18-hour windows, capped at 18 so the system never rewards extreme fasting.

Exercise: Running, cycling, weights, gym, yoga, walking. Calibrated per type so a 45-minute hard session and a 90-minute walk both count.

Cold: Cold immersion, plunge, ice bath or open water. Scoring rewards the two-minute mark and caps at five minutes.

Sauna: Calibrated to the Finnish dose-response data. Twenty-five minutes is the cap.

Salary Calculator UK

What you actually take home.

Enter a salary and see exactly what reaches your bank account for the 2026/27 tax year, then see the working band by band rather than a single number you have to take on trust.

It covers England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, including all six Scottish bands. It handles all five student loan plans, including Plan 5, which started repaying for the first time in April 2026 and which many older calculators still miss. Pensions are modelled as salary sacrifice, net pay or relief at source, because those three do not cost you the same.

Right about the awkward bits. The personal allowance taper above £100,000 is handled properly, so it shows the 62% marginal rate people in that band really face rather than the 52% a simpler calculator reports. Rates are downloaded rather than hardcoded, so a Budget change reaches you without waiting for an App Store release.

iHi

Let your iPhone do the talking.

iHi turns the iPhone into a large, eye-catching speech bubble. Get someone's attention across a noisy room, communicate with a person wearing headphones, or just tell another driver exactly what you think of their driving (not while you are driving).

Tap a preset to display a message ("Hi", "Drink?", "U R Hot"). Drag the bubble across the screen with a finger. Upgrade to add your own messages with a custom keyboard that includes symbols and smileys.

It launched on 6 October 2009, in the early years of the App Store. Since then it has been updated for new iPhones, iPad, Bluetooth-based remote display, AirDrop sending, and seven preloaded languages. It still works on the latest iOS.
